Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The buyer will pay for shipping at checkout, and costs are calculated based on location and package size.

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package.

Shipping Responsibility

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier. If you need help, you can reach out to us and we’ll assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
