Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final Policy
Due to the nature of our business and the fact that all items are secondhand and carefully inspected, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as fit, sizing, or change of mind.

Item Condition Guarantee
We take pride in ensuring that every item is accurately described and inspected before listing. Buyers can shop with confidence knowing items meet our quality standards.

Eligible Returns (Exceptions Only)
Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The item received is significantly different from the description, or
  • The wrong item was shipped

If your order meets one of these conditions, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Return Approval Process
To request a return, please email us at simona.p.esposito@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping may be covered by us only if the error was on our end

Consignment Note
As a consignment-based business, sellers are paid after items are successfully delivered. Because of this, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure fairness to both buyers and sellers.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, reach out to us and we will help where possible.
