What is the return policy?
We’re exploring a re-consignment option, so if a buyer isn’t satisfied with an item, they may be able to consign it again through us.
Do I have to be a college student to consign clothing?
Yes, you must be a current college student to consign with us. We serve multiple campuses throughout the year, and you can request your college on our website if it's not listed yet.
How do I consign my clothes?
You can consign your items either at our pop‑up events or through our campus drop‑off service at the colleges where Campus Consignment provides service; at pop‑ups, we review your clothes on the spot and add them to your account, and with drop‑off, you pack and label your items, then drop them at your campus mail room for us to process later.
Do I have to be a college student to buy clothing?
Buying clothing is open to all.
What if my item doesn't sell?
Your items can be shipped back to you, or items will be considered as abandoned after 14 days from when the items expired.
